Justin Bieber is fed up with paparazzi following him, as he had yet another run-in with them on Thursday.
The singer was previously engaged in a tense standoff with paparazzi outside a coffee shop in Palm Springs, California, just before the start of Coachella’s first weekend, as he accused them of trying to make money off him.
Justin Bieber also recently lashed out at critics who “weaponize” his actions into “something bad” after he was seen smoking with his younger brother.
The “Sorry” hitmaker had a heated exchange with paparazzi and didn’t hesitate to turn on his own camera to note how much he finds them annoying.
Bieber took to his Instagram account on Thursday night to share moments where paparazzi could be seen swarming him with flashing cameras just as he and his wife Hailey were leaving a location and heading to a parked SUV.
The singer did not appear in the video as he was seemingly the person behind the camera capturing the moment, but Hailey is briefly seen trying to hide her face from the camera flashes.
“Look at these guys,” Bieber repeatedly says, referring to the paparazzi as a security guard attempts to shield him and his wife from them.
“This has to stop,” he wrote in the caption. The incident comes after he was involved in a standoff with paparazzi outside a coffee shop in Palm Springs, California, right before the start of Coachella’s first weekend, accusing them of trying to make money off him.
Despite Bieber’s attempt to show the world how he’s seemingly been harassed by paparazzi, fans took to social media to suggest it’s normal because of his celebrity status.
An X user wrote, “But paparazzi have existed way before JB was born. This is the exact life you sign up for when you want fame and popularity.”
Another user penned, “Sorry Justin, didn’t realize stepping outside your $20M mansion meant you were off-limits. Must be hard being rich and famous.”
“Boo hoo! millionaire problems!” a third person commented about Bieber.
However, some fans defended the singer, even advising him to get security flashes to dissuade paparazzi from taking pictures of him.
“No wonder he looks p-ssed all the time. If I went out the house and was bombarded with paparazzi, hell I’d be p-ssed too,” a fan said.
“Why doesn’t he just get one of those police flashlights that flicker hella fast back at them,” a concerned peron quizzed.
Bieber recently came under fire when a viral social media clip showed him smoking what appears to be weed in the presence of his younger brother Jaxon.
However, a source addressed the incident, telling People Magazine that Bieber is “tired” of people “weaponizing” his actions into “something bad.”
“Yes, he smokes weed like everyone else. But everything he does is being weaponized against him,” the insider told the news outlet, explaining the pop star was “having fun” and “vibing.”
“It’s not like his son, Jack, is at these events. And his brother’s a teenager,” the source continued. “Justin’s dad came into town to bring [Jaxon] to Coachella after he saw how much fun Justin and Hailey had the first weekend.”
“Look on his socials, he had an amazing time,” the insider added. “They’re just tired of people turning everything into something bad.”
Amid rumors of marital troubles, Bieber’s wife is reportedly concerned for him and is “sad” about how everyone has been “hard” on the singer lately.
“Hailey is not on the verge of wanting a divorce or leaving him,” the insider told the news outlet. “It’s just completely untrue. If anything she’s sad about how hard everyone is being on him now that he finally is coming back out of his shell.”
Another source claimed the Rhode Beauty founder has “been in tears” over his recent behavior.
