Super Eagles coach Eric Chelle has said he saw some “interesting” players when he watched the high-profile NPFL clash between home team Kano Pillars and Enugu Rangers at the weekend.

“There are two or three good players I have seen in both teams. They are very interesting,” he revealed.

“One team tried to have possession, while the other played transition.

“I think Kano Pillars need more movement when they have the ball. Overall, it was a good match.”

The Super Eagles coach was in Kano to take a final decision on including Ahmed Musa on his final squad for 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe later this month.
