Sephora has partnered with Pinterest to connect emerging beauty trends with products consumers can use to recreate popular looks, as the visual discovery platform expands its use of artificial intelligence in beauty and shopping.
Announced on October 6, 2026, the collaboration forms part of Pinterest’s first standalone Beauty Trend Report, which highlights rising interest in makeup, hairstyles, nail designs, skincare and fragrances.
The partnership focuses on Makeup Maximalism, a trend built around bold lips, dramatic lashes, graphic eyeliner and expressive colour combinations. The initiative combines beauty inspiration with products intended to help consumers experiment with the looks highlighted in Pinterest’s trend report.
The partnership comes alongside Pinterest’s launch of Beauty Guides, an AI-powered feature designed to help users move from saving an attractive image to understanding how to recreate the look.
