Pregnant Cardi B’s Boyfriend Stefon Diggs Fathered 5-Month-Old Baby Girl with Model, Lawsuit Claims
Pecohub Cardi B’s boyfriend Stefon Diggs allegedly welcomed a baby girl earlier this year.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the New England Patriots wide receiver, 31, is being accused by model Aileen Lopera, who goes by Lord Gisselle on Instagram, of fathering a baby girl, who was born this past April. Gisselle first filed documents against Diggs to determine a parental relationship of their unborn baby in December 2024, when she was pregnant.
“Petitioner is currently pregnant with [Diggs’] unborn child,” the filing read. At the time, Lopera requested legal and physical custody of their baby, but gave Diggs visitation rights.
Diggs filed a response to the suit, contesting that the baby is his. He requested genetic testing to determine whether or not he is the father.
He also wrote in the documents that if it is determined that he is the father, he requests joint legal and physical custody, as well as joint payment of “reasonable expenses” of pregnancy, birth and attorney fees and costs.
The documents also revealed that Lopera had named her baby daughter Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera, giving her the professional athlete’s last name.
“My client looks forward to the day Mr. Diggs acknowledges and provides for his infant daughter in Los Angeles,” Lopera’s attorney, Tamar G. Arminak, tells PEOPLE.
Reps for Diggs did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
The news comes a day after Cardi B shared that she’s pregnant with her fourth baby, her first with Diggs, due before her tour launches in February.
“I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs,” Cardi told anchor Gayle King, in a pre-taped interview for CBS Mornings.
“I’m happy,” continued Cardi. “I feel like I’m in a good space. I feel very strong, very powerful that I’m doing all this work — but I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby.”
