The legal battle between estranged hip-hop couple Cardi B and Offset has intensified, with new court documents revealing a clash over the paternity of the “WAP” singer’s children.
A judge has officially denied Offset’s request for a DNA test on Cardi B’s newborn, who was born in November 2025, following her relationship with NFL star Stefon Diggs.
However, the court granted a separate request for a paternity test regarding a child born in 2024, during a period of reconciliation for the couple.
The court order, dated February 2026, also strictly forbids both rappers from making “disparaging or defamatory” remarks about one another in interviews or on social media. This “gag order” aims to protect the privacy of their children as the divorce proceedings continue.
Cardi B, who filed for divorce in 2024 and is seeking primary custody, has not publicly commented on the DNA requests.
