Despite being behind bars and facing several heinous allegations, Diddy refuses to go down without a fight and permit his name to be tarnished.

The 55-year-old artist is suing NBC for $100 million for accusing him of killing Kim Porter in their recent documentary.

Diddy: The Making Of A Bad Boy premiered on Peacock last month. The documentary’s synopsis describes it as delving “into Diddy’s early years, his transformation from Sean Combs to Puffy and Diddy, the forces that shaped him, his childhood, music career, and the recent allegations of sexual misconduct, challenging perceptions.”

In it, they suggested he had sex with two underaged women and murdered his late ex-girlfriend Porter, who mothered some of his children.

TMZ obtained court documents outlining his lawsuit, which was filed in New York. He and his legal team cited the LA County coroner’s report, which stated that Porter died of natural causes and there was no evidence of foul play.

They also call out the documentary’s creators for corroborating “YouTube conspiracy theories” that question why Porter and others around him have all died.

Diddy and his legal team also addressed how the documentary wrongly cited a civil lawsuit where he was accused of having sex with two minors.

The women came forward and said they were adults when the sexual encounters took place, thus rendering the lawsuit null. His legal team revealed that they were in contact with NBC to inform them of their false and defamatory statements in the documentary, but received no response even after the trailer was released.

“In making and broadcasting these falsehoods, among others, Defendants seek only to capitalize on the public’s appetite for scandal without any regard for the truth and at the expense of Mr. Combs’ right to a fair trial,” his attorney Erica Wolff said. “Mr. Combs brings this lawsuit to hold Defendants accountable for the extraordinary damage their reckless statements have caused.”

The mogul is currently in jail for racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. He was initially sued for rape, trafficking, and assault by his ex-girlfriend Cassie in November 2023 before they settled outside of court. However, more alleged victims came forward with their lawsuits, leading to almost a year of allegations before he finally got arrested.
