The Coalition of South East Youth Leaders (COSEYL), the apex socio-political youth group in the South East geopolitical zone, has applauded the establishment of the multi-billion-naira Roxettes Motors in Abia State.
In a statement issued in Owerri on Monday by the President General of COSEYL, Comrade Goodluck Ibem, he mentioned that the establishment of the motor company will put an end to the issue of dumping outdated and expired vehicles in Nigeria.
He commended the Chief Executive Officer of Roxettes Motors, Mr Kaycee Orji, for bringing his company to Abia State, describing this gesture as highly appreciated by all.
The PG stated that the company is poised to meet the vehicle demands of federal and various state governments, parastatals, corporations, and private individuals across the country.
According to him, the quality of Roxettes vehicles is unmatched and can compete favourably in the global market.
He remarked, “As time progresses, Roxettes Motors will have sufficient vehicles for export, which will increase the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and balance of payments of the nation. Roxettes Motors is truly a blessing to Nigeria.”
The youth body also commended Governor Alex Otti for encouraging Mr Kaycee Orji to establish Roxettes Motors in Abia State, thanking him for providing the necessary support for the assembly plant.
He declared that the establishment of the company would provide 40,000 jobs for Nigerians, significantly reducing unemployment and youth restiveness.
He asserted, “Crime and other social vices will be a thing of the past with this important investment by Roxettes Motors.”
The body urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, governors of various states, heads of government parastatals and corporations, private companies, and individuals to prioritise the patronage of Roxettes vehicles for the growth and development of Nigeria.
He concluded, “Roxettes Motors is here to serve Nigerians, and we encourage everyone to support the company’s success. The success of this company is a success for all.”
