The Abia State Government has taken a significant step towards revitalizing the hospitality and business landscape of Aba with the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Radisson Blu for the reconstruction of the iconic Enyimba Hotel and International Conference Centre.
The agreement, sealed in Lagos, marks a strategic partnership with the globally renowned Radisson Blu brand to deliver a world-class hospitality and event facility in Aba. The project will feature a state-of-the-art hotel, a 2,500-seat main conference hall, multiple smaller halls, and a large exhibition space designed to cater to both local and international business events.

Speaking on the development, government officials emphasized that the project aligns with Abia State’s vision of transforming Aba into a leading commercial hub in Nigeria.
