Enugu State Governor, Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to promoting local talents as he hosted renowned rapper, singer, and songwriter Phyno.
In a social media post, the governor expressed his pleasure in meeting Phyno, who was born and raised in Enugu. Their discussion centered on the upcoming Phyno Fest, a highly anticipated music concert set to take place in Enugu this November.
“As a government, we are dedicated to supporting and promoting talents that celebrate our culture and position Enugu State on the global stage,” Governor Mbah stated. He further assured full government backing to ensure the success of the event.
Phyno Fest has long been one of Nigeria’s most popular music festivals, drawing thousands of fans and featuring top artists. With the Enugu State government’s support, this year’s edition promises to be even bigger, reinforcing Enugu as a key entertainment hub in the country.
