Christian Oliver’s estate is up in the air as the late “Indiana Jones” actor died in a plane crash without a will in place.

Court documents obtained by Page Six show Oliver, whose real name is Christian Klepser, left behind a $1.08 million estate.

Now his mother, Ursula Klepser, and father, Gerhard Klepser, are nominating a man named Konstantin Richter to be the administrator of their son’s estate.

In addition to his parents, Oliver was survived by his sister, Alexandra Klepser.

Tragically, Oliver’s two daughters, Annik, 12, and Madita, 10, died with him in the Jan. 4 crash, so his other family members will likely inherit his estate.

The family of three had been flying from the Caribbean island of Bequia to St. Lucia when their single-engine plane “experienced difficulties and plummeted into the ocean,” the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police said.

The “Speed Racer” actor was 51. The pilot and the owner of the plane, Robert Sachs, also died in the heartbreaking incident.
